Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in these circumstances:

• A duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a technical error on our end.
• A failed transaction where credits were charged but not delivered to your account.

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact support@statreaper.com within 14 days of the transaction, including your account email and transaction date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Credits do not expire but have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user or account.
