Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Stat Reaper ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or purchase credits. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Stat Reaper provides historical sports statistics, trend data, and research tools for informational and entertainment purposes only. Stat Reaper is NOT a sportsbook, is NOT affiliated with the NBA, MLB, NFL, or any sportsbook or exchange, and does NOT accept wagers, process bets, or guarantee any outcome. All statistics, hit rates, and "EV" indicators are derived from historical data and third-party odds data and do not predict or guarantee future results. Any decision to place a wager based on information from this Service is made solely at your own risk and discretion.

If gambling stops being fun, or if you feel you may have a gambling problem, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-GAMBLER. Stat Reaper is a research tool, not a substitute for responsible gambling practices.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and verify your account before use. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Credits purchased through the Service are used to access certain features as described on our pricing page. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change credit pricing or feature costs at any time, with changes applying to future purchases only.

You may not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's account; attempt to circumvent credit charges or security measures; scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data without permission; or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA, STATISTICS, ODDS, OR TREND INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. THIRD-PARTY DATA (INCLUDING ODDS FROM KALSHI, SPORTSBOOKS, OR OTHER SOURCES) MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR INCORRECT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAT REAPER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund of unused credits, at our sole discretion.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
